EIAS — Expert Interview Agent System¶
Asynchronous expert elicitation powered by AI
EIAS deploys AI agents to conduct structured, adaptive interviews with domain experts. Project owners define knowledge gaps, experts complete interviews via shareable links on their own schedule, and insights are automatically synthesized for review and integration.

The Problem¶
Research projects require expert input — from clinicians, engineers, and collaborators — but scheduling meetings creates bottlenecks. Traditional expert elicitation is slow, expensive, and doesn't scale. Manual synthesis is inconsistent.
The Solution¶
EIAS provides AI interview agents that:
- Adapt to expert responses in real-time
- Extract high-value information through targeted questioning
- Synthesize insights automatically with confidence ratings
- Enable asynchronous participation — no scheduling required
How It Works¶
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Define | Create a project and identify uncertainty areas — the knowledge gaps you need experts to address |
| 2. Deploy | Configure an AI interview agent with your focus areas and interview style |
| 3. Invite | Generate secure token links and share with experts — no login required on their end |
| 4. Review | Claude extracts and categorizes insights. You approve, defer, or discard before integrating |
